Accounting Advantage LLC was founded in 1991 by Laure A. Wiernik-Neitzel, CPA, CGMA, who began providing tax planning, tax preparation, and accounting services under the name Laure A. Johnson CPA LLC.

 

As the firm grew, it expanded into its downtown Wisconsin Rapids location and officially became Accounting Advantage LLC in 2014.

 

For more than 35 years, the firm has served business and individual clients throughout Central Wisconsin, building long-term relationships grounded in accuracy, trust, and personal service.

Julian Lennon Kanombirira joined Accounting Advantage LLC as Managing Partner and Owner, ensuring long-term stability, expanded capacity, and continued excellence for clients in Wisconsin Rapids and Central Wisconsin.

Julian brings a strong background in accounting, compliance, finance, and business strategy. He holds:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas)

His professional experience includes Accounting and Audit at Ernst & Young, along with leadership roles in business development and operations through Quantum Leap Business Support.
